Hehehe, bit of a problem... paintball will never be allowed in the NT not for a long time, i personally know the bloke who tried to get it started in the NT around 1990 - 1992 and he even had the police on his side - cleared it all up, they even had some fucking teams ready to play. But due to some crap which happened down south i *think* ; parliament stepped in and outlawed it, and from what he told me they were going to class paintball as a class d weapon.

I was told the main reason for banning it was, the firearms act, you can not point a projectile weapon at another person.
That's why it wont be allowed in the NT

oooh, paintball would be hella sweet, and you are absolutley correct Tn1, its all to do with projectiles. I know a guy from south, who came up last year to set up a paintball business. Needless to say, he went back south, after a long battle trying to get it legalised. :evil:

1st thing the guy says is its illegal so leave now if you want ... noone left

Had a game last weekend .... most excellent !!
Best fun with ya clothes on ... like CS but ya get real bruises ...
Gut shot one guy and it split the skin ... real blood ... not a happy kamper ...
Same type of games ... protect the General, Capture the flag etc etc

But you do get real bruises etc ... sat on an ants nest too ... had to move real quick and died ....
Need to be fit ... lots of crawling and running and squatting and stuff ...
Guns werent real accurate ... borrowed a mates ( he wanted a rest ) ... now this is a 3k piece of hardware and I took out 9 of the opposition ( 11 in total ) ... only had it for one game ... bummer ..

how about jelly instead of paint? its messy as hell and no fun when your all dry, but it dosnt hurt nearly as much.

errrr ... its not whats inside ... its the gelatin covering and the approx. 350 ft per sec velocity that hurts
you could put fairy dust inside but it still bruises ya boobies ....
btw - most girls wear chest protectors ... I had my box on ....
