My Video Card (Eyo sucks?)

Uhg. I ordered a Raedon 8500 from Eyo more then a week before DGA, and told them to have it to me in next day express... it's now more then two weeks after DGA, and I still haven't received any word from them (apart from a bill that was billed immediately upon ordering) nor any product. I went to their website, and my order hasn't apparently even reached Stage 2 yet (Parts assemblement). Since they had more then five of the cards in stock when I ordered it, and still do, one must ask...

What is going on?

Anyone have any idea why it's taking them so long?

I can't, not from this place... I'm running up the interstate phone bill big time with calls to home to get insurance on what I have right now... Grumble.

Anyway, I e-mailed 'em. Hopefully some response will be forthcoming.

In defense of Eyo, I've never had any problems with them. They've always been very prompt and quick to deliver goods for me.

However, there was ONE time there was a big wrangle with them. When I paid by BPay. They took FOREVER to process the order.

Every order I've done by COD has come through pretty quick.

i like eyo. the guy that owns/runs the place is a top bloke.

Don't know what the hold up is, but these dudes sell an awful lot o stock.

If its any consolantion I have dealt with them , had Excellent service.

Left them for a bit o price.

And promptly went back for the excellent service ( and not bad prices! ).

I'm mail order also!

I suggest maybe 300 other dudes order the same card you did at around the same time.

Stick with it I'm sure you'll find they are as good as the rep!
