my problem is cockaroache. whoever made him an admin should reconsider their desision. The thing that bothers me most is that i can't swear, not even a little bit, even calling someone a retard without cockaroache kicking me. now last time i checked this game was M or PG, so if u cant handle foul language u shoud reconsider play half-life or any mod associated with half-life. Also the thing that tipped me over the edge is.

I pull back to the truck to check the cameras. i hear someone outside the truck, and go to kill them. after they're dead i go back in the truck to check the cameras uninterrupted, but cockaroache the nob (who by the way is on my team), tells me and all the other Ts for me to stop camping in the truck, when i was there for 10 secs merely checking the cameras.
so i die and tell cockaroache to shut the f***k up and he boots me. u admins will probably take his side but i think it's unjust
get your facts strait i didnt say you were camping at the truck all i know is you said those words to me and i kicked you.....so you find out who said you were camping and have it out with them....but i will not tolirate abuse at me or in the server

I am sorry that you feel this way. But you are warned when you entry the server that swearing and cheating will not be tolerated.
You do realise that by telling an admin to "shut the f#ck up" you have not helped your case in the least. I am thinking that this is not the first time you have had a problem with swearing, maybe you should think before you type/speak.
Playing on this server is not your god given right. You DO have to obey the rules just like everyone else, and abusing admins is a surefire way to have that right taken away.
So if I were you I would think long and hard before you decide to type/Voice comm swearing or other insults. Show a little self control and the next time you feel the need to say/type the naughty words, DON'T or you will be kicked, if you insist on repeating such acts of immaturity you will be temp banned and if you still persist after that we will have no action left but to PERM ban you.
We are not out to get you, we just ask that you abide by our rules when you play on our server. That's not too much to ask now, is it??
I have been an admin on the GU CS Server and other CS servers for many years now, and the main reason we have gamers all over Australia playing on our server, is the clean and enjoyable experience they have. Sure we are harsh and strict but, its worked the last few years have been rated* one of the Best CS Servers in .au Dedicated and Loyal Admins, giving up their time to keep the servers clean and dickhead free.
If you can not accept that, or think we are too harsh with our rules, that’s fine, that’s your choice, and we might see you around .. on Someone else’s server e.g Gamearena. RIOT, Sbaki

If you play on our servers don't swear and especially don't go to the trouble to type out your swearing for us all to read.
At lot of gamers here are family ppl with young children sitting next to them when they play cs for a bit of fun and relaxing. We do not want to expose young minds to that sort of language, TV is doing enough of it already.
The odd swear word in the heat of battle is tolerated but type it and you will be kicked or banned.
Play the game as it was meant, for fun. The rules will be enforced with 0 tolerance to abusing them.
Say the words aloud to urself in the privacy of your own home and really yell it out and get it off your chest, but i dont wanna hear it. If you are voice comming tonnes of shit ill simply mute you (as i expect of anyone that does not apporove of my mindless banter on the airwaves) and get on with the game. But to take the time and effort to type out your dummy spit really shows the type of anal attentivness that exists in your life. Laugh Joke Smile Play Exist Enjoy

The admins on GU servers are the best around and the servers are free from idiots and TKer's and swearing and other nusiances.
Try internode servers to see how bad they can be .......
As has been said previously GU likes to foster a family type atomosphere where anyone can play and not be abused etc.
Its a case of like it or leave - my way or the highway etc
So you are most welcome to play but just heed the rules - we all get miffed after being HS for the 10th time in a row etc but as EoS said just let it out in your own space and not on-line.

Otsuko, arent you the human guy that camps every single round waiting for someone to come past? Even when your the last guy left? Thats lame and you cant call cockroach anything when we all see you do it evey round. Straw that broke the camels back.
I think part of the problem is when the admins arent on, people might swear, and then an admin will come along and see someone who thought 'the other guy just swore, so I can too', but still thats not really any excuse.
There IS a warning at the start that says no sweraing, but I played on the server for AGES before I actually noticed it, then again you cant exactly have big glowing red letters anyway. Well you can but its frigging annoying. See whats wrong with saying frigging? No need to swear.
ok fine i can understand the point about swearing, but swearing isn't what i was angry about. the main issue is that cockaroache abuses his admin powers to give me away and denies it. now i didn't see any other admins on, and no-one said to me that they wrote it after i retried, so it could've only been cockaroache. I know that i may camp quite a bit but that's irrelevant. when this happened i wasn't camping, and personally i think that giving a player away while he ISNT CAMPING is just as bad as facing ur monitor to the enemy and saying "here he is, go get him", only this is saying it to everyone, when he's on my team.
now ur all gonna say, "yeah ok but you shouldn't have reacted like that", however i'll say that i don't ususally abuse people and i'd be surprised if anyone said i am an abusive person, this one time i was just really angry. the other thing is that some of u have said i had the inconsideration to type it when i don't HAVE a mic, so that's the only way i can communicate
Perhaps the rules should also be outlines in the message that comes up in the console before you load the map. I know I'd have a much greater chance of reading it then.
OK - as this is only a game and meant to be fun ....
I have been seen camping by an admin and next thing ya know they put up a message detailing ya location ..... annoying yes but gets the game moving and made me move too - makes for a better game and for enjoyment of all ...
Cocharoache is a good and fair admin .... try Internode or GamingSA for unfair and power crazy admins

You have abused me before and I have been playin in O4 and GU a few years now. As soon as you did this I was straight on ICQ and rounded up an admin to remove this problem. If my memory serves me correct, cockaroache was one of the admin that actually jumped in to have a look for himself. He is a very respected member of GU and does the servers proud. I find it hard to believe that judgements made by him during CS are made without a completely good reason.

Conclusion: Don't swear on GU severs ( or otherwise behave in an unacceptable way according to the GU Accepted Code of Conduct ) and most of all have fun !!! .... and learn from the better players ....
Hey if someone like reaps can clean up his language on the servers why would anyone else have a problem. Another solution would be to download pod bot and swear at them alllll you want..cause they cheat!

Basically it all comes down to whether you want to abide by the rules of GU servers and play by them. If you want to cause trouble by accusing the admins of doing things they haven't then just fuck off and don't play here.
We do NOT have to please you and your every whim. This is a server for the GU people, and the people dedicated to GU. If you don't like it go somewhere else.
Otsko..Potsko ...whatever.....One thing you might want to ponder is there is usually an Admin on these server at all times....Under a different name each time.....Ever seen me on...NO I am one of the Original Admins from the days of O4... What I am saying is sometimes the admins just watch and take note, sometimes they take action often you wont know they are there....Either way I for one have seen you camp like a Brownie all invisible and like and from time to time, not on a regular basis We will either Slap the Camper or advise others where he may be simply just to move the game on.....Thats right IT IS A GAME....If your worried about stats move on little fella We arn't
