Lol, I would upgrade the card... but I'm on a laptop :-( SO! Is there any config's or anything I can use to enhance the graphics? Mainly Phong :p
Yeah, I have an ATI Radeon Xpress 1100, and a 2Ghz CPU. I've had TF2 for a while now, and I've never had Phong, or Animations. I managed to get the Animations working with a custom autoexec.
