There is progress: Thanks for your support request. We have had other reports of high latency in the North Territory, and it appears that the known NT latency problem may have occured. Ok can anybody who is a node customer - please log a support ticket as Node generally only acts if they recieve 5 tickets from different customers. Then hopefully Telstra will fix up the routing issue again.

I have the downloader version and still get CTD's - tried deleting cache files and still get CTD's. I have read that it could be related to Video Driver version - will roll back to earlier version to test.

I have spoken to Node support AGAIN, and apparently they need at least 5 people to complain about the latency before they can contact telstra...
