NBN has confirmed some dates of a few sites however Darwin/Casurina has not been confirmed yet.

I'd doubt that they'd set any concrete dates for Darwin until the backhaul arrives, they heven't even announced a date for that.

I haven't heard about them securing a contractor to do Darwin yet, and they seem to announce useless minutiae like that
