Where do you draw the line, though? Who dictates what is and is not acceptable for an individual to express; before they are fired?

The problem is, it really sounds like a way for employers to fire people for reasons which would otherwise be seen as discrimination. Just watch their facebook page, at some stage they will post something that can be twisted as being offensive and not the image of the company and bam - fired.
