    a lot of their games?! wtf dude - i've got 400+ steam games, not one of the ones i've bought via Steam required me to enter a key into steam itself. Certainly some have required in-game key entry, but never in the Steam interface. No, Origin is just stupid.

      I'm talking about pre-order DLC.

      Mass Effect 2 is the first one that comes to mind.
      You enter it in-game, but you still have to enter it.

      Point taken on the owner/distributor part though.

            Thanks Josh,, trying now.

            Hopefully I get a better answer than from the woman who emailed me back from EA, telling me if I didn't buy it from EA direct I could go jump (or words to that effect).

              No more buying games from www.buygamecdkeys.com then... they're site is down atm and they as a retailer can only give out the codes.

              Sounds like they sold 'some' LE game Keys with the pack and others without.
