Actually Trolls for horde - The reason is +5 bow skill is worth 3% hit because of the way hit/miss works for raid bosses. Thats a LOT of itemisation points.

They changed the way weapon skill works when 41 point talents were put in for lvl 60. Why do you think no rogues put points into Weapon Expertise unless they're fillers. It's now +0.2% hit/crit for +5 weapon skill.

No its not, check out the Elitist Jerks forums. Weapon skill used to be mainly used for combatting Glancing Blows which it doesnt any more.

WE is still worth it.
Most of the worlds best guilded rogues use it as primary points, for a 15/41/5 build.
