Get a half-life cd-key changer. They're fairly easy to come by just google it.

go to Run in the start menu, type regedit
go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER
SOFTWARE
VALVE
THEN EITHER HALF LIFE/COUNTER-STRIKE
SETTINGS
It's under KEY

If I happen to have two copies of CS sitting on my shelf, can I alternate between CD key's and still keep each of my profiles in GU? I want to start again in war3, to be a noob but still have the option of returning back to my old races.

Yup
Every cd key once first used on the internet is kind of assigned a wonid.
Your GU account uses your wonid for reserved slot etc etc. And in most cases, stats or any other form of saved data (wc3 exp) is saved under your wonid.
When you change cd key it effectively changes wonid and hence you have 2 accounts.
So to your question - yes ;)

Alternatively, you could PM OverDrive and ask him to carry your XP over.
I don't know why your all bothering though, within a fortnight no 1.5 servers will be up as WON is going, so there will no long er be warcraft 3, or CD keys for that matter, save your time, don't bother!!!

i Have Downloaded Steam And Made my Account.
