Click here. its the first link in the list.

This your BMI calculator. you have to enter your Height and weight and it tells you your Body Mass Index (how fat or skinny you are) you have to know your height and weight in Pounds and foot and inches.

1kg = 2.2lbs

for those that care tis good to know. but i doubt many people could care to work it out :P

mine is 30.8....which means im apparently Obease :P

BMI calculators aren't too accurate IMO. They don't usually include body types or the freaking hulks of muscle.

Post 16

23.80

I'm fine :D

Post 17

I think this chart is incorrect, I am apparently under weight. I have a BMI of 15.62. But i am not healthy. I am 57kg but very little of that is actuly muscle (and yes i did convert to pounds). Muscle weighs more than fat inwhich makes this chart incorrect like what Jay was saying.

Post 18

fuck that 57kgs. how come you don't float away in the wind ? :P

Post 19

pfft im 42 :)

and i was 27 for 3 years :)

Post 20

a perfect 20...winnah!

and the test is probably designed by your high school physical-education teacher - not to be trusted.

Post 21

scored 25 :p

Post 22

This test isn't accurate. It's merely a rough guide and useful only for the interest value overall. They have a range of new tests they do and combine the result of each to determine your score. Don't ask what they are tho cause that's all I know.

Yeah, the BMI system's stupid. I remember reading an article in the paper about how misleading all that stuff is. From memory, according to BMI tests, Brad Pitt would be considered fat, and Sylvester Stallone would be considered obese. It's a bit of a worry when the media tends to take BMI so seriously, and it's often used in statistics that report how fat Australians are.

Also, the article I read was saying something like, despite what the media suggests, being fat in itself is not necessarily unhealthy. Since we have different body shapes and sizes, people who are fat and still get regular exercise are often at least as healthy as slimmer people. It is the lifestyle that is often associated to fatness that is unhealthy (ie. lack of exercise, eating bad foods).
