Would like to give a thank you to the people that made my time at Evo enjoyable.
@ Eater of Souls, do I get a T-shirt saying that "I have eaten at Eaters and survived" nah mate, just what the coke abused stomach was crying out for on Sunday morning.
@ tn1, your movie was good fun to watch, and I dare say is going to go down a treat in the US when it is finally uploaded. Target auduence and all. Hope to have some fun with you and your clan mates (TEA) in the up coming war (with AA) this week.
Played only a short round on Eastings73, owned a little and owned by other people even more. At least this time Mungus didn't get his BDRM stuck in a hole :P
The person who had a computer named samus, did you notice a lot of harddrive activity, I am sure you had about 3-6 people getting stuff off your machine all at once, using windows networking.
@ Insonmia/Larnie, Thanks for letting me going absolutely sick on your FTP server and CD collection. I am sure that you made up about 110gig of my 140gig leech on this Saturday past.
One final this, to the people that complained about the price, just think what you are saving in Video rental fees....
On a funny note, with all the threats going around about what would happen to anybody using speakers, especially in the wee hours of the morning. It was refreshing to see an un-named Admin cranking up the music at roughly 4am. Well Done! :)

Yeah that person was me and I did notice I had a lot of HD activity. I have a Thermalktake Volcano 9 with CoolMod and the red LEDs were almost a solid on. My network utilization was up at 80-90% and CPU usage was up there as well. I had to cut my shares for a while to play some games. It was even affecting my video playback. I didn't realise I would be so popular... 8) I'm definitely setting up an FTP next time.
FTP servers are extra-double-sweet, because you can queue up your downloads with a download manager such as getright. Then you get automatic resumption, download queues, the works.

Any good programs i should look at for setting up a server under windows 2000
The only thing that really sucks about Darwin is the lack of cable for getting decent upload speeds.... would love to upload some large DC movied to my clans ftp, but it take about 7 hours for me, and that just bites too much
