So here I am, making a new .txt document. I go to the folder I want it in, Right-click, go to New, then choose Text Document. Then I rename it to what I want. I accidently made a mistake in this naming, making it a .exe file cos I accidently put .exe instead .txt.
It now won't let me fucking delete the file because 'There has been a sharing violation'. That's bullshit! I rebooted, and nothing, still sharing. I've checked my Tasks and it's not running. I even searched for it in my Registry and found it TWICE! I deleted them both, and it still won't fuck off.
OH MY FUCKING GOD
It won't let me quarantine.
And I know this should probably go in Software Discussion, but im not discussing software, and pissed off at stupid software that is a crock of shit.
Go into safe mode and delete it from there. Hold down F7 as your computer starts and it will show a list of start up options, and pick safe mode from the list. Works with 90% of files that wont delete for some reason or another.
