Hi all
I am looking for a game (be it old or new) that works on similiar line to C & C (RTS).
Im in the moon of late to make some bases and then blow some shit up....
Anybody suggest anything that they have got/recommend.....
Oh btw Hardly Normal in Victoria are having a sale at end of the month so if theres something still kicking around nowdays please post..
I liked old C & C games.
Similar games i used to play were KKND (Krush Kill N Destroy) & AOE (Age Of Empires)
If you can get your hands on KKND give it a go mate and let me know what you think. Infact im going to try find it now.
you could always whip out starcraft ;)
The Age of Empires series is great IMO. I just got back into playing Age of Empires II expansion.
Age of Empires 3 is set to come out later on this year.

AoE 1 can be found in some breaky cerial boxes...thats where i got my copy from

EB was doing a big gmes blitz 2 for 50 offer, got most of the above games in a large 6 pack along with X2 brand new, so yes it comes new if you look hard enough

Get the original Warcraft or warcraft 2.
if you want to re-live Total Anihilation a project called "TA Spring" is out on the net that allows you to play the game im complete 3D, recommended but its in beta.
Other than that, anyone up for an AOE:ROR i will go easy on you this time :)

Hawkeye, also lookout for a nice little 3D RTS called 'Earth 2010'. alot of people didnt like it, but i personally loved that game.
You can even design your own units on the fly, ie decide if you want Treads, Tyres or half-tracks on your tanks and shit ;0

i got Earth 2150 found it bit hard to play at first but once you get used it it, it is fun
Total Annihilation, a game that will always be the best.... Anyhow, apperantly theyve finished Total Annihilation 2, i heard it from my dad but i reckon that if they have finished it, it aint gonna be no where as GOOD as the old skool 1
The one and only PS2 game I ever bought was Warzone (possible 2010) and AFAIK they ported it for PC.
Definitely worth googling at least.
