About a month old, only used a few times. Bought it for a trip away which i've already been on and now I no longer need it. Comes with cords, booklet, box and everything else it comes with when new (besides the shrinkwrap) :) This is basically brand new and has around 500 songs already loaded on (will remove if requested). Thanks knight. I can provide a reciept and I believe it is still under warranty. I'll check how long is remaining. I believe it is a 1 year warranty? Btw this Ipod is in mint condition and i'm only selling because I need the money atm and it's never used.

You can buy an extra year or two of warranty, though dunno if you can do that if not first owner.

is it VerI or VerII. The VerII iPod minis have an 18 hour battery life as opposed to a 5 hour.

This is the 4gb and it's Ver1 as it says only 8 hours battery life. Oh and it's silver btw.
