yeah seen this before, it doesnt work - the police can still see ur plate easily using photo editing software they had it on the tv awhile back

on the very off chance that you do that sort of stuff on closed circuits, which i highly doubt is the case for most of the time, in what position are you to criticise him?

drifting = illegal outside of dedicated race tracks
driving fast = which obviously means faster than the speed limit, illegal

Actually, I do go to track days on the odd occaision and my brother has a friend with a huge arse block with a cement pad in the middle of it. Also the local racetrack reguarly has burnout days.
Im just saying that if he does that on public roads to piss off and do it somewhere where only he has to pay the consequences for his actions.

Thats like saying "Other people hold up banks so whats the big deal if I do". I don't do stupid shit in my car on public roads - I do it on private property. Yeah, I have had speeding fines, but I don't go out of my way to speed. In fact the only fines I have ever had are from either speeding up too early/slowing down too late for a speed limit change with a copper hiding in the bushes up the road, or when I first moved down here and didn't know the roads and presumed the wrong speed before I passed a speed sign.
Edit: Oh and you only have to **** up once to kill yourself/someone else on public roads. It's illegal, don't do it...simple.

So you wont mind if come steal your car during the night...seeing as you don't care what's legal or not? Which you are still missing the point that it's dangerous. Sure on a track or anywhere is dangerous too - but it's legal there and you accept the danger when you go there and do that. Doing it on a public road you are unwillingly putting others in unnecessary danger in an environment where there are rules and restrictions to prevent this.

Well when a woman changes lanes in front of you and slams their brakes on suddenly and you have cars either side of you...tell me what you'd have done. BTW, official final word on it - she was at fault. I got re-imbursed all my repair costs.

well if she changed lanes in front of you should have automatically braked so you had a 20m distance away from the car in front of you, if you did that you wouldnt have crashed, if you did that and you still crashed then your brakes really suck

This is correct. Now try and do that when she changes lanes about 8m in front of you and the instantly plants the foot on the brake. I'll give you a clue, my car weighed 1500kgs and had no ABS, hers weighed 1000kg and had ABS...have a guess who stopped quicker.

I am (on the most part) a law abiding citizen.
That is not to say I havent done stupid things.
Take for instance, the time i drove around unregistered for 15months.
In the end, they caught me and i copped it sweet.
But, there is something good that came from this.
I learnt to follow _every_Single_ road rule there is. Why? Caus I didnt want to get caught.

There was a 4wd behind a truck in the left hand lane, he couldnt wait 10seconds to merge, so he rips his car right, smacks into another car in the right hand land. Car in front of me, locks up her bracks, i lock up mine (lucky i was in the magna) ABS etc etc. Then the car behind me some shit box. Locks up and luckly had some sense to go up the center embankment. So to put it shortly
dickhead in 4wd nearly created a 5 car pile up.
