omg
i love it

the shop next door makes the best laksa ever
every friday i order a combonation laksa medium chilli and its so good

i encourage everyone to try one

they are sold at lisa's lunch bar in reichardt rd winnellie

be aware tho they take about 15-20 min to eat then you need about 10 min to recover from the awsome taste

Post 2

medium chilli? wuss.

Post 3

yeha, its not hot at all i should try the hot one

Post 4

get some special habanero sauce from the hot dog guy at Bunnings Winnellie.
that puts hairs where you need them :P

Post 5

and strips them away from anywhere else it happens to come in contact with.

Post 6

word to yo mother.

Post 7

We are all falling victim to viral marketing :( :( .. Checked out the pepi di website and the reasoning behind having the hot - hotdogs is so you will tell all your mates i bet you cant eat it etc :P still its funny to watch tho

Post 8

Have been told the hot hot death bringing hotdogs dont leave you with much in the ways of taste buds after though - should be worth a taste =)

Post 9

you only found out about these now? :/ best food in the world.

Post 10

Try the laksa at waterfall cafe. It's pretty good.

My favourite was always "the good kitchen" opposite northline at winnellie. Altho they shut for xmas and never reopened... now it's a burger shop.

You can also get a decent one in the chinese joint in Paspalis Centre (??? in the mall near the park)

Dont get sucker-punched by the Rendevous Cafe sign claiming the best Laksa in town - it isn't.

Post 11

The Thai Chivasom in the paspalis center does a good one too, and the rest of their soups are good too :)

Post 12

Theres one in galleria thats very good.. donno what the shop is called..

Post 13

I had those hotdogs - I managed one but F**K ME. I can eat Jalapeno's from a jar like chips, and these things burnt the living crapola out of my mouth. That said they taste great and are worth the pain. Just do NOT touch your eyes or clothing afterwards until you have washed your hands with soap.

Post 14

I usually eat the Laksa from Thailand at cas foodcourt. I've had the rendevous laksa and thought it was nice maybe needed a little more spice.

I had a laksa from a small takeaway at Surfers Paradise and it was crap.

Post 15

worst laksa i ever had - at the wharf... yucky it reaally bad

best laksa.... K-Tong at casuarina
Ming Court make a great laksa, its also different from the usual

Post 16

O man

My knees are shaking and my mouth is watering

Post 17

crazy barstards that sauce is enough to make you have a heart attack, i've seen an asian fella turn red trying that shit and i've never seen that happen LOL

Post 21

Post 22

Way overrated. No way this is "the best laksa in darwin" like they claim.

Post 24

its good, but the ones from amazing thailand are the best i've had so far.

Post 25

i had a sweet chilli twister from kfc today .. it was nice.

Post 26

i tried the honey soy twister.......... gross.

Post 27

the rendevous laksa
the noodles, meat etc was fairly plain but the soup.... the laksa soup tastes absolutly awsome

Post 28

still doesnt taste better than every other laksa in darwin :p

Post 29

yea it does but why bother arguing everyone has different opinions

Post 30

my chicken rice > than any laksa

Post 31

my experences has been rendevous laksa and mary's laksa. although the sauce was bliss for me. spicy enough and a good flavour and extremly creamy
