Just a question, as much as i like cs and all, will there be any chance of other game servers to play diff games (eg. jedi and others) with my good "gamers" underground peeps??

lol if you can dream up a way to help me convince the powers that be that we should host more gamers servers, as well as sweet talk people into donating/loaning the computing hardware, then more gaming can ensue - though at the moment, the powers that be seem happier ignoring us down here in gruntsville so don't hold your breath :roll:

We got a similar problem at chariot we have been offered machines by about 3ppl to put up at no charge yet chariot won't let us use any equipment they don't own?? They have so far taken about 8 weeks (still counting) to get a stick of ram for the #1 cs server as they knicked it the old ram when we weren't looking.
damn powers that be making things hard.

Mephiston is it the bandwidth they're concerned about or are they just being pains? I have to agree CS is geting rather old now (has been for some time even though it's still so popular) and it would be good for a change. There's nothing wrong with CS but there's plenty more out there :)

Probably bandwidth, though there are other reasons that you could conveniently sum up as them being pains :roll: what we really need is for a large number of octa4 customers to set up some sort of petition - that might get their attention :wink:

same as we are now trying to get chariot customers to do. Any problems we get them to email to [email]support@chariot.net.au[/email] and cc to [email]games@chariot.net.au[/email] so the ppl at chariot know there are alot of customers that use the service and any queries about new servers etc we get them to mail support also. Just reminds them that there is a games community out there.

I agree with you yes there should be more games cs is so damn boring why is everyone obsessed its actually getting shit with all the cheators out there :(
i know theres not computers to runs servers on but maybe change 1 of the cs servers into a Jedi knight 2 server or sumthing ;) :D
