You newb Q, that effect is easily accomplishable in photoshop alone. :P

Here just a example of a wire frame Spline model eye. Similar to the on above.

But also you can achive the SAME quality of work From a 3D wireframe that you can do with creating a 2D image of one. You MAY get a larger amount of quality from a 2D created image with a lot of layers. But the 3D wireframe allows for diffenet camera angles.

But in today new graphical world. You only need to get the job done. It doesnt depend on what way you choose to do the graphical art. But the time and money spent on creating the art work is the most importanat part.

Also i am no a expert in 3D graphics nor 2D imagary, I just know the the basics to get from A to B.

Coding is more my style now :)

But no i dont have a texture for the 3D mesh.

I have not hit the texturing stages of 3D model just right yet. Been more into the 3D model itself.
