Damn! I just finished getting my weekly dose of the chick on JAG and since I've been getting into the story recently, imagine my shock when right at the end of the episode Budd lost his leg to a land mine!

It's wierd... He was called to inspect some damage done to a small village from the last bomb drop, and was doing a invited inspection from the village to look at the school they'd restored or something. Anyway, while the petty officer and he where walking into the village, he noticed a kid in a mine field, the kid started moving backwards, and Budd walked forwards right onto a mine!
I seriously thought it'd be a joke and shit, because they made him like do this spin in the air like a ballet dancer, that looked totally bloody hilarious (like the sort of thing you'd dream about spin) and then kind of zoomed out slowly from his face, and you saw his bloddy stump. ~_~ Really wierd.

he was, the ship was in port or something helping with ground deployment or somesuch.
he tried to get this kid or guy or something to go away becos he was in danger. took one step boom, did like a 1080 degree spin in the air. camera is focused on his head and slowly zooms out to reveal a bloody stump for a leg...
i was also like.. :shock:
then it was like: "Over, WTF!?"
pretty cool ending and it was the season finale wasn't it?

I haven't watched JAG seriously in about 3 or 4 years. It used to be good but it just lost it's appeal - I'm sure it's still good.. I still watch it everynow and then but definately not like I used to. Now it's maybe once or twice a year when I forget there's somthing else on or something like that.
Good reason to watch JAG paladin but err... too bad she's covering up in those navy uniforms... maybe that pic is what she's wearing underneath? :)

Yeh I agree with you now.. to an extent.. it's good cause "it's superman!" and I do like how we are seeing him discover shit... like his see thru power but I can see it's prolly going to get boring fast. It's not authentic enough.. least that Lois and Clark shit was 'real' whereas everything in smallville seems so damn fake. Anyways.. bah..
Stargate is good... I never used to like it.. and then I did and I watched it all the time and I still like it but I don't watch it nemore - dunno why not.. shit happens..

Yeah im the same....cause i thought the movie (stargate) ROCKED so freekin much...that the series would be crap...so i didnt give it a chance...but after watching the first season....(what im a sucker for a good sci fi) (and no that wasnt an invitation to hand over sci fi to me....) :wink: but it ended up being really good.
The same thing i did to buffy...actually. oh well...mmmmm willow. :twisted:

Gackt is pretty good, music-wise. i think he is rather odd though hehe :) (btw what is with his outfits??)
i like malice mizer (oooh gothic rock :)), their concerts are so awesome & constumes are just "wow". i spose i prefer Glay, L'Arc En Ciel and some of the more...normal (normal for australian standards...) JRock.
