I remember awhile ago Sly Fox suggested we put together a pile of quotes taken out of context (Wh0rum chronicles).
The quote that started it, while I cannot find it on these forums would be or would be close to the first one. Does any admins have a backup of the "Aravi and more" thread from flame-wars.
I think it's a pretty good idea and that the outcome could become quite funny. Anyone else up for hunting down and submitting quotes of this nature (out of context -> new meanings of an embarrassing or humourous nature).

Someone I know had a laptop with a 4GB harddrive that came partitioned into 2GB and 2GB unused. The theory is that they probably get you to purchase an "upgrade" to 4GB and instead of swapping out the disk just repartition it.
Old threads seem to get deleted, either that or they weren't transferred across when we went from Gamers@Octa4 to this.
i kind of figured the point of this thread was to take what someone said, which out of context sounds extremely weird/suspicious/funny, not to simply regurgitate urban legend stories.

If we all think back.. The hardware that everything was on went a little dodgy.. It took Overdrive a couple of days to salvage what he could from the mess..
We are quite lucky that the switch to GU didnt erase all the old threads..
Evern thought the new site and forums werent really ready, OD got them online cos basically if he didnt we would have nowhere to crap on like we do..
