Look at the smile on that guys face :D He loves it.
Is that a screen on the back side of that Laptop? If so then isn't that one of those Tablets.

Post 3

Its the new ACER TravelMate lappy with the fully foldback screen..

And the display looks like its running off the SVHS output..

Post 4

how much would one of those cost? i'm assuming over $5,000!?!? it reminds me of that time me and my friend play cs on his projector, lol, that was fun!

Post 5

i have played q3 at school on projector its pritty good

Post 6

correct me if im wrong, but one of those screens costs about 10 to 20 grand? well why does he have the giant screen, and a none cordless keyboard?

let me know if im wrong

Post 7

cause sometimes u cant have everything
and i would rather that screen than a cordless kboard anyday :P

Post 8

considering he probabaly had to take out a second mortage on his house to get the monitor, he had no money left over for a cordless keyboard

Post 9

i dont think its at home, coz if you look in the back round, it seems that he migt be at a uni or something like that. because there is a even bigger screen up there

Post 10

wtf, u mean a uni brought that, no wonder there was no money left over for a better keybaord

Post 11

lol, thats a good one :)

Post 12

that screen would be shit to play cs on
cause the players would look all fat

Post 13

would rock for quake, coz you could set your field of veiw to like 150 or something

Post 14

bah id take my projector over that small screen piece of **** anyday mate

Post 15

i would go for the screen, much better colouring. quality of quantity

Post 16

my projector is quality beeatch

Post 17

Although personally I go for the corded keyboards.

Post 18

i would go for the smaller screen, and the cordless keyboard and mosue, instead of the 50 grand progector screen

Post 19

i woudl go for screen too
but the projector would make me amused cause i can do shadow puppets :)

Post 20

Sorry to say this.

But tha monitor looks tottaly CRAP!

Post 21

NEH!

Post 22

If you look carefully u can actually see thats its not 1 monitor, but 3 placed together to appear as 1

Post 23

lol sorta dose
lol how close do u people look i just look at a pic not analize it

Post 24

Image also looks a little like the typical distortion from the svhs output. Also I wouldn't be sure that's truely a monitor.

Post 25

quality being better then size is something ppl with small dicks say.....

whats the point in quality you cant see anyways?

my projector is size and quality and cost 4 grand not 50.

Post 26

i take the travel mate over the display

Post 27

so whats the display unit abover his head ? It has the same image as the monitor in front of him. ?

Post 28

Quote from Timmy:
well why does he have the giant screen, and a none cordless keyboard?

He gains no benefit from a cordless keyboard and mouse. Why f*cking bother.

Post 29

Because with such a large screen he can sit further away and still enjoy all its goodness? :D

Too easy.

Post 31

the distortion that makes it look like three separate screens is due to the physics of making a curved screen. I don't think they've figured out how to make even a plasma screen display on a concave surface like that.

regarding the cordless keyboard and mouse - nice in theory, but how much do you spend on batteries for those things - no thanks, I'll stick to a nice USB setup. If I really want distance from the display, I'll hook it up to a bluetooth enabled USB hub and run it off mains power.
