Well i dont consider anyone who would do something like that as my friend, just as i don't consider those who fucked around on my computer a few weeks ago as friends. Their just dickheads that i know and happen to be friends of friends, but i still dont pay any courtesy and if they talk to me i tend to not reply (unless of course its to give them shit about something :) ).

I have friends who might consider doing such things as a prank, but I know that they wouldn't harm me with the knowledge (Of course, since I'm running Linux, I'd like to see 'em try).
It's doing it in a malicious way that causes problems.

When it comes to close friends, I know I can trust them in most, if not all, situations (ironically, its the ones who, to an outsider seem the least responsible who are the most trustworthy).
Some of the "outer circle" friends I put less faith in.
