from experimenting, it takes the first and last letters of each name and uses that as a reference to assign a name. for example my name:
S**n M******n (if u really want it that bad ask DoM)
i get the same result if i just type in Sn Mn instead of my whole name. another example, Tim Crowe gets the same result as Tom Cruise.
