We need new maps theas ones are getting boring and repeditive we shoud replace some with other maps suth as backally or office.

Backally is one of the worst maps and 9 out of 10 gamers dont like that map.
As for office it is played alomost every time I am on the server so what are you trying to get at here?
Maybe if you did a littrle research we could get somewhere with your comments eh??

Backally go into the sabaki server, it cycles though it every once in a while. But the main point about backally is, it kills a server. Once a server map cycle hits backally heaps of people leave :(
as for office, i dont know what your on about, ive played it far to much, to the point that i hardly ever get to play aztec :(

There is the Broken Server which runs all custom maps.

Enigma, i dont think your comments were bad, its a good suggestion to be made.
However, there are some difficulties in getting new maps on.
1) Getting unplayed maps: People dont play these maps for a reason, for the most part they are unpopular.
2) Getting brand new maps: People wont be downloading the maps, which kills the server of players.
However you will find we do have a bigger selection that you realise, they just arent played as often, as_tundra, etc...

If you don't like the map, just change to the other GU server. They are bound not to be on the same map. Same xp lvls just diff server!

Wow someone who uses his head :P (almost :P ) - He asked for "new" maps, but hell I agree with ya just change server and play another map if you dont like the one your going to play.
Although the thing with getting more maps on is that while 1 or 2 may enjoy it many others might not and vice versa. While people seem to hate maps like dust, aztec and ones like that, people still always want to play them and so thats why they are there.
It's hard to find a cycle that everyone can enjoy, and while it may be plain or boring to you it may not be to the other hundred odd people.
But while im here it usually helps to clarify which server your referring to. I assume your talking about wc3? If not then as Unseen said the Broken server is there with custom maps. If your talking about wc3 and wanting new maps well you have 2 servers, if you get bored that easy, damn.

Well, how about this for a suggestion, we could try it for a trial period.
One of the two WC servers plays the common maps, constantly.
The second server doesnt have them at all, and just plays aquired taste maps and maps that are oldschool, brand new maps, etc. The server would also have a few funmaps like iceworld and woods.
What do you guys think?

Good suggestion bluey, but then we have a situation where everyone wants to play on the funmaps server and when they cant get in they whinge and bitch about not getting in !!
I say keep servers same and throw the odd funmap in to break it up a bit?

Thats why you just leave it as is.
Cant make it good for everyone, only 2 or 3 seem to be complaining and theres a hundred odd people playing - well I know which wins hands down.

Some maps can't be played on the GU Wc3 server but.
i.e on iceworld, orcs who have equipment reincarnation, pick up every gun they walk over and it leads to a server crash.

theres problems with fun maps
people level up too quickly and then theres
going to be heas of level 10s and that would be
unfair to newcomers cause its very hard to kill

all the maps are good aside from bloody mansion, that is the only crappy map on there, could be replaced with a good map such as assault, or vertigo, anything but mansion.
