if you havent noticed yet, these dates are locked in year round unless one of the committee cant attend\set up the lan.

so theres going to be some dates that conflict with allot of events, shit happends

As Kagetsu suggested... live HD feed of the game.
If you can't find one Kagetsu, I can guarantee a live stream on the net, but we'll deal with it as it comes (it would mean the internet would need to be on lockdown until the game is over).
Maybe have a lounge suite setup off the side somewhere to accommodate those who want to watch it.
I mean, I could always just plug my HDTV in to an antenna... but that means no games for me. =[

Apparently Hellsheep has just about finished building his PC, also. It shall be a superb machine. As usual I am looking forward to next LAN.
