It may have been "on the disk", but it was not part of the game. I know this because when I bought the DLC for PC, it downloaded it and installed it seperately. Unless the code to flick the switch was 600MB or so.

Not that I would have cared eitherway. Are you saying EA doesn't have the right to charge for extra content?

There are entire games built around the concept of downloading a whole bunch of shit you can't access unless you pay extra for it.

Bioware/EA delivered 20+ hours of awesome gameplay for $80, and half the nerdiverse has exploded in nerdrage because they didn't like the ending, or were upset they didn't get even more gameplay for free.

it's no different to, say, when i buy ColdFusion Standard Edition, it also has the ENTERPRISE edition on the disc, but it's not mine til i pay for a code to activate it.

ditto various other Adobe products include trial editions on discs that you need to buy a serial to unlock.

the sook about that DLC has involved some *serious* window licking.

A Spolier Free Guide to Why the End of Mass Effect 3 sucked. - Imgur

Mass Effect 3 was a great game but the ending was a let down for a game that other then that was full of polish. Mind you if the indoctrination theory is true then I'll be happy but the idea of having to purchase DLC for the true ending of the game would be a really cheap shot.
