I started to read through them, just for a laugh (i eat 2 steaks a week and have meat at least once a day)
At first i was glancing through it, but then i started to slowly take it all in, and i think i might cut back, just a little. Even if its only a change in attitude from 'where's my ****ing meat in my noodlebox' to 'meh'
1. Meat tastes sooooo gooooood. 2. People starve because they live in hell holes without law, property rights and free markets. It has nothing to little to do with first world consumption, and we have by no means reached the "limits" to worldwide food production. One only need look at Zimbabwe to realise how true this is.

600gm scotch? is that all?
i used to work in the meatroom and that was the minimum slice i did... i once did a texas slice of .952kg
only took like 40mins to cook all the way through.... it was a good 2 meals :D
I've been to Evoo (sp?) twice in the last ten days; the cut of meat there is small but amazing quality. If the steak is top quality and rich enough, you don't need 1kg.
