Oh yeah, The Glass House is one of the best shows on TV. Infact Wednesday night is pretty much ABC TV night for me, except for the We Can Be Heroes thing, bring back Black Books!
They've got the Kumars on in between Glass House and Spicks and Specks now :) Not as good as Black Books but better than the shite that was on there before.
I daresay I will be hung drawn and quartered for this but here goes: Will Anderson and the Glass House do, in my opinion, lick big donkey balls. I never liked Will on JJJ, much preferred Merrick and Rosso.
Merrick and Rosso are pretty awesome too :P Haven't heard them when they switched to the dark side (some commercial radio station) though, apart from their Unplugged TV show or whatever it's called.
They're on for an hour or so in Perth in the evenings; I agree Uber they are crap now they are on commercial. The ABC seems to be a great spawn point for comedians, who then turn crap once they go to commercial stations. Good News Week anyone?
But yes, Good News Week on the ABC was terrific. The ads were the thing that killed the show on Channel 9. I could handle the ads. I couldn't handle the "safeness" of the show, it was tamed down and they were forced to take Channel 10 (don't think it was 9, was it?) celebs instead of some of the other personalities they had hosted on ABC, such as Bill Bailey.
