ID:	602314 The king has finally returned! Duke Nukem Forever is now available on Steam in Australia, New Zealand, the UK and parts of Asia. Unusually, we have it before other regions such as the USA, where it will see a release in four days time. Of course, we don't recommend getting price gouged by the local pricing of AUD $80. Instead, buy it from the UK Steam store for AUD $45 instead. You'll need to connect to a UK VPN, add an extra two zeros to your postcode, and say you live in the UK during check-out.

Cocked, loaded and ready for action, Duke delivers epic ass-kicking, massive weapons, giant explosions and pure unadulterated fun!

Put on your shades and step into the boots of Duke Nukem. The alien hordes are invading and only Duke can save the world. Pig cops, alien shrink rays and enormous alien bosses can't stop this epic hero from accomplishing his goal: to save the world, save the babes and to be a bad-ass while doing it.

The King arrives with an arsenal of over-the-top weapons, non-stop action, and unprecedented levels of interactivity. With hours and hours of action, and a range of bodacious multiplayer modes, rest assured knowing the fun goes on and on.

My expectations were so low. Just finished the game a couple of minutes ago (bout 6 hours total), and I really, really enjoyed it. Way more than 6/10 for me. Gonna start writing up the review now.

meh i dont care how much it cost, I loved anything duke nukem back to the original games

looking at the recommended specs for the game i think they really kept it open for a wide range of computer owners to play not just those who could spend $$$ on new pc just to play it, i think a lot of computer game programmers have forgotten not all of us can afford to buy a new cpu and graphics card everytime they make a new game

8/10 from me, alot of enjoyment

    by rec
Counter-Strike: Global Offensive was just updated again, making a number of changes and additions to the game. The default map has been switched from Inferno to Train, which appears to be a far better recreation than Inferno, apart from the fog issue. There are also a bunch of new weapons: the Para, the TEC-9 Pistol, the SG 552 (pictured), and the AUG....

  • Counter-Strike: Global Offensive beta impressions
    by rec
I've been shooting some face in the CS:GO beta for the first time this evening, and there's quite a bit to talk about. I should preface this impressions article with the note that while I used to play at a national level, it has been years since I've delved into any CS in any serious capacity. I'm sure there will be a number of current day elitists out there who disagree with my opinions, but I'm not claiming this as gospel, so append as much or as little weight to these opinions as you care to....
