Gamespot.au is reporting that the Federal Government has released the guidelines for the classification of R18+ video games in Australia. All State and Federal Attorneys-General have signed off on the new rules meaning that now only the legislation itself has to be passed. Another present has arisen from BlizzCon 2011 in the shape of this StarCraft 2: Heart of the Swarm trailer. Unlike most Blizzard trailers this one includes gameplay, quite a lot of it in fact. The guys over at Activision also have a launch trailer for their year's big shooter, Modern Warfare 3. Like the Battlefield 3 launch trailer you'll see a heap of excellent single player campaign sequences, but the horrible voice casting and dated graphics might send you straight back to watch that instead.
