World of Warcraft turns seven years old tomorrow. To celebrate, Blizzard has announced that players who log on between November 20 and December 3 will have a feat of strength added to their Achievements as well as a "Celebration Package" item. Steam has been hacked and it has been disclosed that credit card numbers and other personal information may have been put at risk. Valve know that the hackers gained access to the encrypted database with this information, but are currently unable to ascertain if this database was lifted or if they will be able to break the encryption. This comes just days after the Steam forums were taken offline, the cause of which is believed to be an exploit in the old version of vBulletin that was being run. ... -

Skyrim's release date has been broken and is now being sold at EB Games, Game and Harvey Norman. For now, Harvey Norman is by far the best deal, but let us know if any other retailers such as JB HI-FI have gotten in on the action.
